Booking & Payment Policies

To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please review the following payment and booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

SERVICE & AGE POLICY
All tattoo clients must be 18 years or older—no exceptions. Other services are available to clients under 18 only with a signed parental consent form. All services are by appointment only; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Preferred: Cash
Accepted: Credit/debit cards 
Also accepted: Venmo and CashApp
DEPOSITS
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book tattoo appointments.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
No deposit = no appointment.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients must notify me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule and retain their deposit.
Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit.
If further rescheduling is needed, a new deposit will be required.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-call/no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and a permanent ban on future appointments.
LATE POLICY
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
GUEST POLICY
Guests are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
