About Carrera
Creative Director & Licensed Aesthetic Professional
I’m Carrera—Master Esthetician, Certified Laser Specialist, brow and lash artist, tattoo artist, and proud alumni of Spectrum Advanced Esthetics, where I graduated with honors in both the basic and advanced esthetics programs. After completing my training, I briefly returned as a Licensed Educator, helping guide the next generation of estheticians.
Since 2018, I’ve worked across high-end medspas in the Vancouver and Camas areas, as well as in a medical doctor’s office offering advanced laser services. While each experience gave me valuable skills and insight, I always envisioned something more personal—an experience that felt slower, calmer, and more connected.
That vision became Bowie + Bella—my private studio where advanced skincare meets artistic expression. Whether I’m creating a delicate tattoo, or offering treatments like microneedling, laser hair removal, or a restorative facial, my goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, cared for, and completely yourself.
Art has always been the common thread in everything I do. I see beauty in nuance, in natural light, and in the quiet in-between moments. The way I work—with intention, patience, and presence—extends beyond the studio and into my natural light portrait work, guided by the same care and way of seeing.
I believe deeply in being authentically yourself. I believe in comfort—in the atmosphere, in what you wear, and in the relationships you build. I’m not traditional with scrubs; you’ll always find me dressed comfortably, focused on my art rather than my outfit, with great music playing in the studio—and it’s definitely not an ENYA playlist.
My treatments are an intimate experience. I want the studio to feel like you’re walking into your best friend’s house—a calm, safe space where your artist will share your tears, keep your secrets, and laugh with you.
Beyond the services, I truly value the relationships built here. To me, this work goes far beyond skin—it’s about creating space for people to feel seen, safe, and beautiful in their own way.
